Yes. I have Ios 7.1.2 iPhone 4. Where can I download it. ? The authentic deb file. I install it the previous file via ifile by placing it in the dacuments folder in file system.

Remove old hacks. Have safari download plug-in tweak installed then download it again. Install it with filza file manager or filza instead of cydia app install something.. 

 

Did you check if the version is same as hack version, if not then its not working
