For some time now i have this issue in the forum.
Topic i choose to follow are disappearing from the Content I Follow menu.

Why is this happening? do I do something wrong?

Time? the only option i choose is to get notified weekly instead of instantly...

 

Is possible to lose those topic because the creators are changing the title? example the one piece hack is updated and the author changes the title to match the new version?

Or is it possible for the author to remove the followers he has in his posts?
cause the posts that went MIA now have 0 followers..

The followers get auto pruned actually to prevent mass email spamming.
