Hello Every Body
Today I'm Created New Clash Of Clans Account , And My Town Hall Now In Level 4
When I Want To Buy Gems I Will Give This Error "your purchase could not be completed"
I'm Already Tested On another devices , and created another account but not fixed !!

Did it say the same thing on the other devices?
Are the devices jailbroken?
Do you have any iapfree tweaks installed?

Try contacting Apple Support also.

maybe ur ip got banned from buying stuff off of appstore maybe bcz u used tweaks or something that vilated their TOS, try to change ur ip or use vpn, update me if this works
