my cydown keeps timing out.

it started when i installed gravity or somthink like that, my device went in to boot loop of which i sorted.

on ipad 2 ios 9.0.2 can i use cydia impactor?

No you can not use impactor.

Thats only For ios 8.4

No you can not use impactor.

yep there is ios 9 support but it has 50% success rate to work and completely restore it without upgrading, here is the repo: http://apt.saurik.com/beta/cy-impactor/

use it at ur own risk this worked for me on ios 9.0.2 for my iP5s and 6 both
