I downgraded substrate, installed patch and It freezes on the popular after the EA Capital games splash screen.

I'm using an iPad Air 2 on 9.0.2 I've also tried deleting everything (game and hack) rebooted, reinstalled the game, the launched it to make sure it work, then installed the hack but still get the same results. Any one else get this and got a solution?
