Help/Support My Computer would not open

I have this problem right now and I don't know what is wrong with my PC. After I watched a movie a blue screen appeared and then there are options that would make the PC back into normal startup. After I choose start windows normally. It suddenly shuts down the monitor but the CPU is turning on. Please help

Open up your CPU then you will see the blue pin and must set the blue pin (I forgot which 1 but it has a starting letter "C") put that pin to 2 and 3 (it is supposed to be on 1 and 2) for almost 15 secs.

Then place it back on 1 and 2 holder

 

Open up your PC.

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

I already did boot my computer to safe mode but when I open again the computer the safe mode wont work and also the keyboard

Messing with the hardware when you don't know what's wrong can be dangerous and possible make things worse. I suggest you enter your Windows 7/8/10 DVD and try repairing your PC.

I just put my windows 7 recovery disk and my pc when back to normal. But when I shutdown the computer and turned it on. The boot-up is not working

Run the DVD again and type in bootrec fixxxx commands.
