Quick question: from what I got by reading your post, pool cash is earned only on the new (level 1) account and not the account with at least 1000 coins?

Yeah that's right, the trick is about earning 2 cash every time your level up to level 2 or 3 and then restarting the level to 1 but the cash aren't gonna restart (they gonna stay 4 cash for example with level 1) , so by doing the steps you gonna earn 2 cash everytime you repeat the steps with the same level 1, so when you got enough cash (however you want) you can buy which ever cue you want and started playing from level 1
