So I've been wanting to make a Pwner for three games there from the same company which is orangenose can somebody tell me how to make a Pwner to effect all three games when the switch is activated ?

find a fucntion about IAP in flex or ida and test it on all of the games also IAP means like quantityisvalid or finishsuccessful, anything else you have to try all of them out also in the Plist for Bundles include all the Bundle ID of the 3 games.

To make your project/deb affect multiple apps like some "Pwners" you see, you will need to edit the .plist next to your Tweak.xm like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">
<dict>
	<key>Filter</key>
	<dict>
		<key>Bundles</key>
		<array>
			<string>com.xx.yy</string>
			<string>com.xxx.yyy</string>
			<string>com.xxxx.yyyy</string>
			<string>com.xxxxx.yyyyy</string>
			<string>com.xxxxxx.yyyyyy</string>
		</array>
	</dict>
</dict>
</plist>

Replace com.xx.yy with the bundle ID of the apps you want it to affect.

You can also use the application's Executable instead of bundle ID:
