Help/Support Error Creating Directory For A Tweak In Mobile Terminal

I cannot figure out what's weong in what I'm doing.

I'm on an iPhone 5s with 8.1.2

I have all this installed on my Cydia :

•Git

•cURL

•XML Parser Toolkit

•iOS Toolchain

•LLVM+Clang

•Darwin CC Tools

•LD64

•Link Identity Editor

•Make

•OpenSSL

•UUID Generator

 

 

What am I doing wrong here? All and Any help is Appriciated!

Take perl from /usr/local/bin and put it in /usr/bin and it will work.

Then, do this in terminal: /var/theos/bin/nic.pl

or would that work?

Not helpful. If I can't even start off; how will I get to compiling?

completely delete wipe anything about theos and use easyTheos
