Can anyone guide me to how to unlock old challenges. Have all characters but just need to get rid of the 'Complete Challenge to Unlock' text on the character animation page. Am on iOS, tho it won't be much of a difference on android I think.

Should i change values of any card to rare ?

I tried that and it didn't change e.g amulet

Yes change cards value to rare and go back to store and rebuy equipment. Then it would give rare equipment instead of common.

And make sure when changing card value chsnge its fusion to 10
