I'm having similar problems as others. After install, and turning on the patch in settings, all my fighters show an available rank up but their levels still show lower than the max for their rank (like 1/10, or 5/20). So they're ranking up prematurely?

When I try to rank them up it freezes with the spinning loading circle spinning forever...

Although it shows an available rank up, there's been no increase in fighter level, and no increase in their damage or HP. So I'm not understanding what this patch is doing.
