Got it working! Rebuild app list BEFORE rebooting. That made it work. Dev had it the other way around.

Can anyone help me getting this app installed, paid the $3 for it but the owner never responded to the e-mail, and it doesnt seem to want to install. Probably tried to install about 10 times now.

Can anyone help me getting this app installed, paid the $3 for it but the owner never responded to the e-mail, and it doesnt seem to want to install. Probably tried to install about 10 times now.

First, uninstall iGG from Cydia like any other tweak then reboot.

 

Then install iGG 7 using iFile or Filza and open Pangu so you can Rebuild App list and then Reboot. Once rebooted back to home screen you should see your new iGG on your Home Screen.

no prior IGG on device, downloaded the file using ifile. Rebuilt app list, installed, rebooted. Didnt work.

Then tried it the other way around. Reboot, Install, Rebuild app list, Reboot. still nothing

Well, I had to reboot 12 times to make it actually appear.

 

And you're supposed to install iGG the rebuild App list.

 

You can also try installing an app from Cydia like AppCake so it can refresh everything and reboot.
