Help/Support [iPhone 6s] Block video ads in third-party apps?

I have minimal host blocker but that doesn't seem to be doing the job. Any suggestions?

Precisely, I have an app called Lucktastic that brings up a short 30 second video advertisement before I can scratch more cards in hopes of winning prizes. Anything to combat this?
