Are you on iOS 7? You don't create a SymLink inside the Data folder.

 

You create it in /var/mobile/

Yes, im on IOS 7. I did it in /var/mobile. But there is a folder with name "Applications"

You don't need to do this on iOS 7 - Flex works fine on iOS 7.

 

This tutorial is for iOS 8 users because Apple changed the Applications folder location.
