Help/Support Cheat not working despite properly installed. Please advice!

Hello guys, I run into a slight problem. I'm currently using iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2, jailbroken device. The game that I'm trying to cheat is Colopl Rune Story, currently game version 1.0.31.

I used this cheat (see link below) and followed the instructions given. Once installed, I toggled the cheat on in the Setting, but the cheat doesn't work at all after I run the game. I see people thanking Ianouar3G for the cheat, insinuating it's working. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. Please advice!

What have you done so far? Did you apply the thinned binary then the cheat?

Did you crack and thin the binary? Also, some cheats don't work on iOS 9

What does thinned binary mean? Sorry, quite a tech-noob here..
I downloaded the deb and binary files. After that, the files are uploaded to Filza. I then unzip the binary file with ZIP viewer (still inside Filza). After that, i copied and paste the wcatus file (the one which has been unzipped) into the destined file as SHOWN BELOW. This overwrites the "old" wcatus file which is there initially, with the one i just pasted. 

1. ios 8 /var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application/xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxx/wcatus.app/wcatus

After all this steps been done, i proceeded to install the deb file (RuneStory1031.deb). Once installed, I restring my device. I then went to Setting to toggle on the cheat (Infi mana, One Hit Ko! and GodMode). 

Run the game, but nothing works. I can't one hit ko, mana are not unlimited (it still ran out), and I still take quite alot of damage.

Please advice! Hope you guys can understand what I had done and perhaps offer me advice. Thanks!

seems like you didn't set permissions, idk how to do it with filza, if you use iFile press the little "i" in a circle next to the file and then scroll down to where it says Access Permissions, then make all three Read, Write, Execute. that should work

also like @BenJ said some hacks will not work for iOS 9+
