Its restricted by apple as UAE government restricts facetime. By jailbreaking and installing cydia tweak mefacetimeios8 it unlocks i want to know is there anyway to unlock it without jailbreak as iOS 9.2 i yet not jailbroken.

where are you from? FaceTime won't appear on devices purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan.

I am from pakistan and my brother bought it in Dubai UAE so there is no way to use it on my iphone without jailbreak?
