well, after it fixed i have to jailbreak agaIn but i don't have a pc so cant jailbreak and i can avoid this error by not letting my battery run below 10%

Hey,I had the same problem,was searching on youtube and this is what I got and what helped me:

1.Press home and power button at the same time till the phone shuts down(don't let it boot again)

2.When the phone is shut down press power button and volume down at the same time and hold it until it boots up the phone

 

This worked for me

Then simply reset the phone and jailbreak again when he get's pc and when jailbreak for ios 9.2 is out.

No other solution if he wants working phone.
