Help/Support SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY PHONE

my iphone run out of battery so i charge it for a while until it turn on. BUT, when it turn on there is a BLUE SCREEN (i hate this) then it turn to the apple logo. After that, my phone turn on with the apple logo and the lockscreen is really small at the top and it keep flashing. I boot again in safe mode and remove some tweaks. My question is: what is blue screen on iphone and why when i reboot, there is a small lockscreen on top left with the apple logo (boot)

this just happened to me two weeks ago and fixed it myself didn't see a blue screen tho
