I got banned from war dragons,how do I unban from war dragons on an unjailbroken device and start a new game?

How can you get banned while being Non-Jailbroken? 

 

You should contact the developers or restore your iDevice and don't restore from a backup.

I use the hack tool on my jailbroken device and transfer the account to my non-jailbroken device,after about two week,I got banned from war dragons on my non-jailbroken device,now I can't start a new game on my non-jailbroken device,it keeps saying "You got banned from war dragons due to T&C violations",when I press reload,it keeps loading infinitely,I can't start a new game.

Try reinstalling the game and log out of Game Center.

 

Also, I think it's possible to edit the keychains file on your PC and then restore the iTunes backup.

I can't access the file system on the non-jailbroken iDevice and the game center method is not working.
