Help/Support Flex2 patches for apps installed twice

I have a certain application which installed twice

( by Chungking the bundleID eg : vlc.app and vlc1.app )

 

Now I want to creat patch in Flex2 for the app vlc2.app !

 

How do I go about it ?

I guess you can always make the Flex patch into a .deb and make it affect only VLC2 app.

What did you use to duplicate the app? Maybe you should duplicate it using something else for it to appear on Flex?
