Help/Support iPhone 6+ iOS 8.3 System + Cydia Apps gone after iLex Rat

Hey,

I jailbroke my iPhone 6+ iOS 8.3 with TaiG in July, it's been working fine for some months until I couldn't install any new tweaks anymore (no icon / preferenceloader error in settings, but Cydia acts as if everything had been installed successfully) except for terminal tweaks (or how you call them - I mean ilexrat). 

I have been waiting for a while with that step since I had already installed the tweaks I needed when everything was working. But now I was going to start making Clash of Clans videos and therefore tried installing recordmyscreen (which of course didn't work). I reinstalled PreferenceLoader and two other necessary tweaks multiple times without success. Then I remembered having used iLex Rat on my old iPhone 5 in a case like that to delete my tweaks and keep the jailbreak. So that's what I tried and it didn't really go well. I could backup my tweaks and I could delete them. But when I now start my iPhone there are no icons on my home screen anymore, but I can use Spotlight, I have a lock screen and can access the control center and the message center, but via spotlight search I can only find apps I installed from the AppStore or the ChineseStore from the TaiG Jailbreak. I do not find any System Apps / Cydia / Cydia Tweaks. Even Settings are not displayed. My guess was to start in safe mode which I did but even in safe mode there were no icons at all on my homescreen.

edit: I could make a backup with iTunes and I can restore it to iOS 9.1/9.2 but then I'll lose the jailbreak which I'd like to avoid.

iLex Rat does not fully support iOS 8.. Some people that used it on iOS 8 got their devices messed up. The only option was restoring their devices.

so I'll just forget about jailbreak for some weeks/months and ínstall iOS 9.1/9..2 whatever iTunes wants.

yh i read about semi restore for ios 8

 

yes i can search and run usual apps (like whatsapp, clash of clans) but no system apps (settings, safari)

also i can use the app switcher

no neither can I open nor can I find it in spotlight

And iFunBox detects your iOS as Non-Jailbroken?

yes ifunbox says non-jailbroken

ifile and other cydia tweaks with an icon on the home screen are all gone too.

 

itunes is currently making another backup btw (b4 upgrading to ios 9.2)
