Help/Support Respring = All Apps Gone

Hey guys, so, everytime I reboot or respring my device deletes all apps downloaded by AppStore! 

It's like a virus...

 

Started when I installed RMASLR UI...

 

Help please?

Reinstall UIKit Tools from Cydia.

Some times when you hold the power button wile the device is booting from a (respiring/reboot/turning on) the apps from the AppStore (icons) won't be on the springboard
