You can install Saved Games via iTunes. Simply connect your iOS device and open iTunes. Under "File Sharing" you should see a folder named "KOTOR". Export it to your computer. Inside of KOTOR you will see a folder "saved" in which you can drag & drop the saved game. Then move the KOTOR folder via drag & drop back to your iTunes file sharing pane. Voíla.

Sometimes it needs some attempts to open the saved game as it says "old game save". In that case just alter the folders a bit (different numbers for the slot, etc.)
