It happened to me, and i found no solution instead of using activator to open all my cydia apps and cydia, if you don't have activator your screwed sorry ~_~

LOL. I met this problem before, only thing you can do is RESTORE. I already tried many things =[[

Method 1: You can still use Cydia/iFile or any tweaks you have installed via Safari. Like: "cydia:// or ifile://"

Method 2: Restore. Jailbreak iOS 8. And install "ResetKillAll" from BigBoss. It disable the Reset button. Like this:

Note for Method 1: You can install new tweaks too!
