Help/Support please help me. stuck at iTunes logo

Hello guys,

 

i have really bad problem. today i just install a application from App store and other common tasks. then i restart my iPad, after that my iPad stuck at the iTunes logo. Please note i dont want to restore my ipad. i really need my data. i try restart again again and again even safe mode but still i have the problem.

 

i have iPad 4th iOS 8.1

There's something wrong with the iPad hardware. Happened to me before, had to get a replacement.

If you cannot boot into Safe Mode, you're kinda out of luck.

and unfortunately i cant go into safe mode.

You are on DFU mode.

No luck but you need to restore it
