Have you disabled Passcode Lock & Find my iPhone?

 

Try running the tool as administrator also.

Yes i have done all this and also ran as a admin

When you click the start button, make sure your iDevice's screen is on and viewing the Home Screen. Touch ID or Passcode locked disabled.

 

If the above didn't work, try disabling Encrypted backups.

It displays that error but from what I can see the blue button is clickable, have you tried clicking it?

I got it to work by using my laptop don't know why it didn't work before

Might have been something with your computer.

I think it might have had something to do with your iTunes version. Update it.
