can i ask why the hack dosent work for me...? even though i on it already but nothing happens! please help

this is a problem with the app's binary that our BF mods replace with a "thin" version on install. if you tried to install an old BF mod (like our previous 1.4.01-02) on this version of the app (1.4.03), then the mod replaced with the OLD binary (1.4.01-02) .

fix: clean uninstall the mods from cydia. then delete BF app from device. respring/reboot. go to App Store and do fresh install of BF. then install the iOS appropriate version of our mod. this technique has already helped a few others who had this same issue.

Error " unknown item type detected " ;(

this is "infinite battle items."

that mod does not give you infinite items forever. it just makes sure you don't run out during a dungeon-

any you use will disappear from your item inventory like normal afterward. so if you used more of an item than you actually had (inventory now 0), then try to enter a new dungeon without removing that item from you item slots, you will get this error.

fix: replace item slot with a different item currently in stock, OR disable that mod before entering a dungeon, then once inside, turn it back on.

Umm. I am on iPhone 6 iOS 9.0.2.... Everything pops up, mod menu works but fliping the switch doesn't seem to activate the mod. I did try reinstalling the mod and the game but still doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem?

dear developer, i have this problem whereby after installing this mod for Global on iPhone 6 plus iOS 8, my brave frontier japan can't load at all and even after uninstalling the mod, it still wun open and the only way to get it to open is to reinstall the app.. is there any way I can get both apps to work together??

that is an issue with the autolipo method we use during mod install to swap the app's binary with a "thin" version so the mods work (i mentioned above). sometimes it's not as picky as it should be when deciding which BraveFrontier binary to replace. it's done this once a couple times with my BF EU

fix: after doing a clean uninstall of the mod and both BF apps, respring/reboot, then install ONLY BF Global from App Store. do a fresh install of our mod deb file. after you have verified it installed correctly and works, THEN install BF JP from App Store. this should solve the issue. in future, if for any reason you need to reinstall the mod, remember that you will need to reinstall BF JP afterwards.

that sounds like an issue with the autolipo method we use to swap the apps binary with a 'thin' version so the mods work sometimes it's not as picky as it should be when deciding which BraveFrontier binary to replace. fix: after doing a clean uninstall of the mods, and then a fresh install of both BF games, install ONLY BF Global from App Store, do a fresh install of our mod deb file, then after you have verified it installed correctly and work, THEN install BF JP from App Store. this should solve the issue. if you ever have to reinstall the mod, know that you will need to reinstall BF JP afterwards

left a note at the end of both old VIP and free versions of the mod:

"as we are currently still trying to get vortex and item injection working, this holiday edition will offer all mods to all members for the duration of the holidays, after which certain features will be locked again as VIP only"

but in the spirit of the holiday, here's a bit more detail:

this last gumi update broke every tweak we had, and our team is/has been working very hard to find the new offsets and make them operable again as quickly as possible (hence the long release delay). we are obviously still missing some we know and love :'(

in the meantime, it didn't seem right to charge for a VIP version with only 2 extra features, as well as be miserly and keep only 2 extra features from our free users over the holiday season, a time for sharing.

this is everything we have working right now, we're not holding anything back i swear. i miss the missing tweaks too!!!

as the team recovers more of our features, i will add them as updates.

i just ask that everyone keep in mind that once the holidays are over, certain features will go back to being VIP only as they were before.

i hope this gives everyone an opportunity the enjoy and play the heck out BF during the holidays
