Help/Support Anyone know how to fix this Theos Error?

The error only happens when compiling Tweaks but compiling apps works perfectly. Does anyone know a fix for this error? I've tried signing most binaries and it doesn't work. I'm on iOS 9.0.2 iPad Mini 1st Gen (P105AP) Please help I really wanna try out my tweaks.

I said DOWNGRADE and then sign the binaries. No questions just do it.

Techarmor I have downgraded the tools and then signed and it doesn't work for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
