Help/Support iBackupbot Real Racing 3 save file hack error

I was trying to use the ibackupbot method, devised by DiDA, to apply a save file hack for real racing 3. This one: http://iosgods.com/topic/11278-real-racing-3-all-versions-2-hacks/. My iPhone 6 plus is nonjailbroken with at least 30 gigs of memory to spare. I've run ibackupbot as administrator, I've kept the iPhone unlocked during the restore process, I've tried both the iTunes restore engine and the ibackupbot restore engine, I've made sure all the files have copied correctly. Alas, I get error code -17 every time the iPhone finishes rebooting. I've heard that -17 may be caused by antivirus or firewall, so I tried it again with windows defender distabled with no luck. I have also heard that -17 may happen during an update if apple servers cannot be communicated with, but this isn't an update. Thanks guys!

Try reinstalling iTunes, try another USB cable or another port?

Also, have you checked iBackupBot's FAQ?

Create a new user on your PC and try there?
