Um... just downgraded it and cydia doesn't open. Just crashes on startup.

And if you open it again, still crashes?

Yep, always crashes. Same thing happens to Gangstar Vegas as well.

Well I fixed the crashes by booting into the process that disables all the Substrate-based tweaks and upgraded back and that fixed cydia and gangstar vegas. Your hack still didn't work, I tried downgrading again and still crashes. Any other fixes?

You should add to that support topic. Other people can help you besides me, because I don't know why downgrading your Substrate causes Cydia to crash or maybe 0.9.6011 isn't compatible for iOS 9. I really don't know, Keep editing your support topic of what you have done or tried to do, because this is a hack topic not where support is supposed to be.
