Doesn't work at all, when I open Gangstar Vegas nothing even pops up and no matter what hacks I use it won't work. Is it because I'm on IOS9?

Uhm, not sure what that is. But I have Cydia 1.1.26 on iOS 9.0.2

Go to Cydia > Installed > Cydia Substrate > Look for the version.

And that's the reason why hacks does not work on you, you need to downgrade it to 0.9.6011.

 

If you don't know how to downgrade, you go to the package > Modify > Downgrade > Select 0.9.6011.

Um... just downgraded it and cydia doesn't open. Just crashes on startup.
