Because an Apple isn't an Element. It's something made up of a butt load of smaller things, while gasses like oxygen or argon are purely elements by themselves and don't require a bunch of things mashed together. If that makes sense

So that makes it possible for gasses to exist without a cause and a source?

So that makes it possible for gasses to exist without a cause and a source?

Yes if you don't count stars producing them.

But no not really, everything has a cause or a source, gasses and elements come from stars, plants, factories, etc.

So the conclusion is that gases cant exist without a cause and a source?

Yep. At least from my point of view. I would wait and see what other people say though. :)

Apples are made of smaller things, which are all made of another existing source(s), therefore without them and Apple would be useless, tasteless matter. I don't know, this came out of the top of my head.

Elo people :)

I have a question that I would like answered.

Q. How can a small thing like an apple cant exist without a source and a cause yet gases can?

Thank you all :D<3

gases still has a source. its source are our atmosphere and each other. just as I know that our atmosphere contains gases, which is 78.09% nitrogen, 20.95%oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.039% carbon dioxide, And is also keeps producing them. If you're wondering what do I mean by each other is when both of the gas' molecules combine they form into another element.

I am not really sure about atmosphere still producing gases.
