- Meter is always active

- Survivor team is never full

- Enemy's total strength for character is 1

- Enemy's total critical multiplier for character is 1

- Enemy's ability is set to 1

- Enemy's Normal Attack chance is 1

- Enemy's Special Attack chance is 1

- Enemy's Combo Attack chance is 1

- Enemy's Super Move Chance is 1
