Help/Support How do you guys do it?

I just wanted to start off by saying "Hello!" I have been busy for the past few months and had to focus on school, I have not been very active. However, knowledge inspires a thirst for more. I want to ask, "how do you crack accounts?", it seems some people are capable of getting hundreds of accounts within a day. I was reluctant to ask anything before because of my crap mac, but I just built a pc and think it well capable of doing laborious tasks. These are my questions:

 

1. What level of security do you use? Proxy? VPN? etc.

2. How do you do it? Are there applications for it, or is it through just commands? A direction to a tutorial would be appreciated.

3. What level of crime is it? Federal, or something less serious?

4. Is my OS, windows 10, good for this, or would linux be better?
