So did you add
TARGET = iphone:clang:latest:latest
Also try
TARGET = iphone:clang:latest:8.1
to your Makefile?
Anyway I think you did

I know what's wrong the makefile probably ain't right if you could post a screen shot of it or maybe a download link? And did you try signing everything I can link you to a post to help with signing everything right
