you can't unban your account

only your iDevice

You have to use the keychain method but that will reset your game but you will be unbanned, you cannot get unbanned with you things still there. Sorry.

The account is tied to your Game Center so reinstalling the game and logging out of Game Center or logging in to a new one should do the trick.
