Help/Support Subscriptions and time

On the 7th I paid for a year subscription with PayPal. Checking my bank account today it shown the payment has been completed to iosgods.

 

PayPal is showing uncleared.

 

So my question is, do I have to wait for someone on your end to pull the money and manually turn on my VIP? Or is there an issue with PayPal paying you guys and I have to talk to someone with you guys to figure it out?

 

My bank paid them already for that transaction.

 

I have all the transaction ID's to mail whoever needs them.

Please PM me with the transaction ID so we can sort this out.

 

Also, when purchasing using your credit card, it usually takes 5 days to a week for the purchase to complete.
