I don't think so buddy, ofcourse @0xSUBZ3R0maybe knows better but if it was possible he'd have already done that

And you can only buy cosmetic stuff with bux anyways, like hair color or shirt number etc, only thing purchaseable in shop from bux is the kicks, which are already practically unlimited.

There is another currency in the game which are event tokens/flags, which could be worth it, but sadly we can't even buy them from bux lol, we can only watch ads to play the events or maybe somehow freeze the event tokens too so idk, but yeah bux serve limited purpose in this game as far as my understanding goes.
