Hi,

I am having an issue getting Jurassic World Alive version 3.19.68 to work. In the past, I did a custom install, and it's been working fine til now. Each custom install i did it will override my pervious version and it working fine.

But this time i did custom install like usual and it created a new app on my iphone above starting the new app I keep getting unable to connect to our server error 10029.

Please help, I have had this issue for three days already without any luck in fixing it.

Hi Root,

I’m beginning to wonder is there an issue with my iOSGods account? My other games now when I go in it does not have my saved data, instead it’s like I’m starting the game all over again. Please help me take a look at my issue especially my JWA login issue.
