Help/Support Transfer Player-ID in Star Wars - Heroes of Galaxy

Hey

I play SW Galaxy of Heroes on my android Phone and on ipad. Actually there is no possibility to connect both accounts.

Is there a way to copy my player-ID to my ipad? When I change my ID on my ipad, after loading the app my old Account with my old ID is loaded.

Where can I edit my ID permanently?

I play as guest, no connection with game-center or play-store.

Let me see if i get it right.. Once you change your player id on sw galaxy of heroes your main account loads. But everytime you launch the app you start as a guest and you have to change the player id again in order to load your main account?

Have you already asked Devs if it's possible to transfer your main account data progress (Android) to the iOS platform? If they say it is possible, they probably will ask you for a Gamecenter account, in order to transfer the progress.

I only play with guest accounts on both devices,because on android, i use the android hack and no playstore link is possible.

Devs say, you can link your android Account with other android and ios with other ios with game-center or playstore.

Every Account has a own id. In fact that i dont link my accounts with play-store or game-center, i think it should possible to change the "local" id, but everytime i change it, it will be overwritten.

Cant find the file, where the account information is permanently stored.

Like on different games, signing up as a guest, you won't be able to transfer your account to another device. Does the game let you input your transfer ID if you want to use a different account?
