you're wrong lol I understand why you'd take it the wrong way, but it IS possible to follow that tutorial and its IS possible to downgrade.

 

the author of that article put that update because that's when Apple stopped signing iOS 8.2 but just go ahead and do what the tutorial says,

because apple stop signing iOS 9.0.2 and below and if you follow the tutorial you'll get an error so don't take you time to download the ipsw
