I have reinstalled cydia substrate alot of times when I downgraded/upgraded it

I doubt it's the hack, you're either doing something wrong or there's a tweak interfering?

I have tried 2-3 hacks, non were working

I doubt it's the hack, you're either doing something wrong or there's a tweak interfering?

 

I'm sure I'm not doing anything wrong, I have done this for more than a year and I have used the exactly same hack before and it was working
