Dude I literally misunderstood the whole character block thing. I though under Ares elite line directly below would be Bane rather than Bane owning his own whole block he is just the next hex below Ares. That's why I got confused when I saw multiple blocks like Ares. It's working now and for that you shall certainly behold my eternal gratification.

Ignore the numbers in OP's list. Just follow the order. After you find the character block with Ares, scroll down til you find another block starting with 10xxxxxx,10xxxxxx,42xxxxxxxx,42xxxxxxx, that'll be Bane's block. And so on.
