    I purchased app plus on the 17th march (I can show payment confirmation on PayPal)

     

    I still haven’t received an email or notification informing me how to get the app.

     

    my concern is that when looking at my account status it indicates I don’t have a purchased license and that I need to buy it.

     

    please can someone help me
