Help/Support Hard Reset erases all jailbreak-related app icons

One time, all apps crashed at startup, so I decided to give my iPad a Hard Reset (power+home buttons for 10 seconds).

After that, I noticed that all jailbreak-related app icons, including Cydia, dissapeared except iGameGuardian.

Fortunately, I could access Cydia through Activator. All tweaks, apps and jailbreak-related tools are still reported as installed, so I respringed. iGameGuardian app icon disappeared. I tried reinstalling the tools (even iFile) and installing new ones but no new icons would appear.

 

I think the problem might be related with the settings of the SpringBoard. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Install uicache from cydia , if that doesn't work restore is your last option

Don't restore yet. Try running "uicache" in terminal
