Help/Support App+ transfer request

Hi, I sold my old iPhone 7 and now I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
My App+ is still registered to the old device.
Please reset my device so I can register my new UDID.

Due to new policy and security we no longer offer App+ transfer to new device in the new App+ v3.0

And what about the money? I don't have the iPhone anymore, I paid for the VIP yesterday and I'm not going to use it anyway?

I understand that there is no App+ transfer between devices.
In my case, App+ was never activated or used.

I would like to know if it is possible to link App+ to another account, which will be used exclusively on this current device, without reusing the old access.

If this is not possible, is there any credit option or alternative solution?

App+ registered using your device UDID, if you registered your old UDID and have new device UDID you need to purchase App+ again

Under App+ Membership Info click Add new device
