I don't get this part, which folders do i have to create in the "_" folder?

'Now inside the _ folder, we need to create folders /var/mobile/Documents/Binary

Once you have created those folders, go ahead and place the app's binary inside the Binary folder.'

So, would this be a good thing to do being on an ARM64 device to better read binaries? Wanting to get into iOS hacking, been for long time but eh never really got more into it when i ran into prior issues with it.
