Help/Support Membership Expired

I requested a refund through PayPal as the game I wanted to get asked me to purchase the App+, but then I realized I needed the VIP and the case was closed. So I was like ok, my fault for not reading through it all, so I got a few free games, but now the membership expired? I got no refund and you terminated the membership? What’s the deal? Robbed?

I understand the no refund after purchase. I am aware now of keeping the basic membership, but the issue is I now don’t have the year membership I paid for. It says it is no longer active due to a refund, but there is no refund resolved.

All sales are final, you made a refund thats why we revoke your membership and there will be no refund
