Help/Support Certificate files not found

Hello, VIP pro user here.

ive tried installing an IPA file which it’s decrypted version was downloaded, but I always get a “Certificate files not found. Please contact support” when it finishes uploading the file. How do I fix this? Thanks

Are you using Custom Install / Sign Your Own Apps?

Yes. I’m trying to instal IGG on a few apps that are not modes yet. I’ve downloaded the decrypted ipa file and made sure developer mode is on.

Make sure you have App+ Access, check more tab in iOSGods App

Please note that ViP and App+ are different subscription

I have the App+ access as well. Still having issues with that error. Am I missing anything else by chance?

Can you do a screen record and upload to YouTube or streamable of the issue?

Record when visit iosgods app, check app+ membership info, then go use sign your own apps
