after i tested it,i notice we need to get hit from enemy first to get full bar. then it back to zero after you use it. but the enemy has (true)infinity skill, their skill bar or whatever it is never back to zero after they use special skill. its even more difficult with hack activated :c

you can use it in campaign and outland portal i think. I'm still with the old v, so i can't test it

It works at campaign but i seriously doubt it works on Outland Portal.

(Not tested yet)
